Solution to all problems with the Comand NTG5.1 Star.

Common faults:

• Not working.
• Stuck on the Mercedes LOGO and restarts.
• Does not read CDs, nor eject them.
• The buttons do not respond.
• The SD map card is not activated.
• The monitor does not display an image.

In our technical service, we can test all functions on the workbench.

We repair all the mentioned faults in our technical service. We avoid, as much as possible, having to go to the dealership since if you buy a used unit, it will not have the functionalities of the original equipment. Therefore, we always advise repairing the original.
